User Experience Researchers (USER) is delighted to announce its entry into the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) community of members. SBF is Singapore’s top business chamber for trade, investment, and industrial relations. Beginning this May, USER will participate and collaborate with SBF in their ventures to help the Singapore business community thrive through digital transformation.
“We at USER are proud to join the SBF to collaborate in progressing the interests of not just the Singapore business community, but also to participate and contribute to trade, investment, and industrial relations by sharing our knowledge in technology with willing collaborators. We look forward to bringing effective solutions and joining hands with various partners to achieve desired goals,” said USER CEO Dr. Frank Qiu.
Established in the early 2000s, the SBF acts as a “bridge, facilitator, and enabler” between businesses and the public sector. It aims to strengthen connections and collaborations between its members, enhance cooperation and help them comply with Singapore government policies. Through this membership, USER and SBF members can connect more easily, enabling more Singapore businesses to modernise their business processes through digital transformation and redirecting their energy towards creating a customer-focused approach. Businesses can rely on a UX consulting leader with a talent pool of ICT professionals for any role, as well as have their infrastructure and current solutions optimised for maximum productivity.
